What do I get in the free plan?
The free plan lets you create and edit a basic resume with limited templates and downloads. Suitable for trying the platform.
Will I lose my resumes if I cancel my subscription?
No. Your resumes remain saved in your account. However, access to premium features may be restricted.
Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you get instant access to new features. You will be charged the prorated amount for the upgrade, and your billing cycle will reset based on the new plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds depend on usage and policy. Generally, once premium features are used, refunds are not applicable.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems. Sensitive data is not stored on our servers.
Do you provide customer support?
Yes. Paid plans include priority support. Free users get standard support.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Premium features will be restricted after that.
Can I have multiple plans active at the same time?
No. Only one active plan is allowed. If you upgrade, the new plan replaces the previous one.
Can I use the platform on mobile?
Yes. The platform works on mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. All charges are transparent. You will see the total cost before confirming any purchase.
Do you have a trial period for paid plans?
No. We currently do not offer a trial period. However, our free plan allows you to explore basic features before upgrading.
