MyCVBuilders offers paid subscription plans such as monthly and annual plans that provide access to premium resume-building tools and related features.
Plan details, pricing, and included features are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed from the date of purchase and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize MyCVBuilders and its payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. MyCVBuilders does not store full payment card details.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through:
- Their account dashboard, or
- By contacting customer support
After cancellation:
- No future billing will occur.
- Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- The subscription will not renew automatically after cancellation.
Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund unless it meets the refund eligibility conditions described below.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- Access to the service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- The subscription will not renew after cancellation.
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Users may request a refund within 30 days of the initial subscription activation date, subject to the refund eligibility conditions below.
After this period, annual subscriptions become non-refundable.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Billing errors or incorrect charges
- Verified technical issues that prevented the user from accessing the service
- Cancellation within the applicable refund window for new subscriptions
Refund eligibility is determined after reviewing the account activity and payment transaction.
6. Subscription Auto-Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically. Auto-renewal happens monthly or yearly, depending on the billing cycle you chose when you purchased MyCVBuilders:
- If you have a monthly subscription, your subscription will renew each month on the day of the month you signed up, unless it’s a month in which that date doesn’t exist. In that case, it would renew on the last day of that month. For example, if you signed up on March 31st, your subscription would renew on April 30th.
- If you have an yearly subscription, your subscription will renew each year on the date you signed up. Yearly subscriptions signed up on February 29 of a leap year will renew on February 28 on non-leap years.
The default payment method on your account is charged on your auto-renewal date.
If you don’t want your subscription to automatically renew, cancel your subscription before your auto-renewal date. After canceling, you can continue to access paid content until the end of your current billing term, but your subscription will not auto-renew.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Failure to cancel before subscription renewal
- Use of premium features such as resume downloads or template exports
- Requests submitted after the applicable refund window
- Subscription renewals
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
- We may provide transaction records and account usage data to the payment processor to resolve the dispute.
- Your account access may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
- Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but typically take 5-10 business days after approval.
